Meridiano se centra en la corriente sistémica, donde se trabaja de forma dinámica, eficiente y rápida, con el objetivo de realizar cambios verdaderos, medibles y duraderos, construyendo con las familias a partir de su propia realidad.
MERIDIANO, también cuenta con terapeutas gestálticos de niños y adolescentes. La función del terapeuta cambia con relación al abordaje del niño o adolescente; la manera de tratarlo, exploración de la problemática, la guía hacia "el darse cuenta", "el manejo del afecto" y "los límites."
